especially通常用于强调某事物，或表示该事物比其他被谈论的事物更值得一提或更重要。 e.g. It can be especially difficult for drivers to see cyclists at night. The town is especially crowded in the summer.
specially通常用于表示所做之事因某种特殊目的而异于平常。常与被动态动词连用。 e.g. a specially made designed/made etc. car I bought it specially for you.
