虽然讨论过，我也清楚了B,C,D,E为什么错。唯一不明白的就是A中it指代global economy。不是说it指一样的东西，不一样的要用that什么来指代么？要是此处it指了global economy，不会造成it指了1990-2000的global economy的歧义么？

Between 1990 and 2000 在A和在E中是不同的用法在A中作状语，在E中作定语。因此在E中it指代的内容包括其定语Between 1990 and 2000，而A中不是。
