我选择的是E，GWD答案是B。我觉得B最大的问题是which ranges貌似修饰的不是book market 而是country。而E正确使用了which ranges。而且看老外们的讨论，说to**from**这个短语也是存在的，很多人也都选择了E。
请问NN们到底哪个选项才对呢？

我选的B 第一次读的时候B最顺状语 In the country 应该放在最后面感觉重心是这样

我拷的新版答案是E，又仔细读了下题，发现虽然E是to。。。from但不影响句子理解，且which定从修饰的应该是market，所以排除B
至于差异部分the country`s 21 billion book martket还是the 21 billlion market in the country, 感觉限定的内容有差异
