大致confirm了一下信息的可靠，扫一下，例句基本上都是 "Someone is ...." 正是我们想要的！

搜索"is a chemist and a biologist" 4 results，只有一个满足条件——似乎不太靠谱
搜索"is a biologist and a chemist" 1 result ——似乎也不太靠谱
搜索"is a chemist and biologist" About 116,000 results
搜索"is a biologist and chemist" About 16,600 results
这后面两个，找出来的例句基本都是我们想要的。

由以上实验结果，我们是否可以得出以下结论？
1. 统计数据倾向于"a A and B"
2. 如果A和B属于距离比较远的不同领域（例如科学与艺术），那么也可以用"a A and a B"；如果A和B关系密切，则不倾向于用"a A and a B".

3. CD的who draws和drawing都是修饰谁的？

drawing作为"no comma + v-ing"，必须遵从touch rule 修饰preceding noun，也就是philosopher，不合逻辑（根据意思"drawing inspiration from ..." should apply to both poet and philosopher）。
"who draws"，这个句子的结构是：
X is Y (a poet and a philosopher) who draws ....

4. D怎么错了？

关于你的第2个问题，我的理解是这样的：有几个冠词就是有几个修饰的对象。
比如：李白，一名诗人和作家。Li Bai is a poet and writer.
李白和鲁迅，一名诗人和一名作家。Li Bai and Lu Xun, a poet and a writer.
很多时候我们也是靠有几个冠词来区分到底是集合名词还是2个名词。
这里，是一个人的头衔，当然不能有2个冠词来修饰了。

我搜索的时候特意在前面加了"is"，所以肯定是说一个人的
能搜出来很多"X is a scientist and an artist"
但是几乎搜不到"X is a chemist and a biologist"
所以我觉得，对于距离很近的两个领域（比如化学和生物），不宜分开用冠词；但对于距离较远的两个领域，可以分开用冠词。
