WES认证--LOYOLA--证明国内的已获得或将获得的学士学位等同与美国的学士学位

都快5月了，LOYOLA说让我重做WES，或者换ECE，理由是：之前做的WES证明没明确指出我会从目前在读的本科学校拿到等同美国大学本科的学位证书...晕死
学校邮件里说：However, the committee will only make a decision regarding an applicant if the evaluation states that the applicant already has (or will have at a determined point in the future if the current program of study is continued and completed) the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor's Degree. ECE will often note this on the evaluation, and you may want to check with WES or ECE in order to see if a revised or new evaluation can be sent.
各位前辈，有遇到过这种状况的吗？急死了....求教！！先谢过

PS；是不是因为俺是国内非211的民办院校毕业的，人家不认可？
