我特别迷惑D选项，我看CD上关于with的总结，有主语+谓语+宾语，with短语。with短语修饰宾语，with表示“有”的意思
按这个思路，with a 5....就是修饰profits的呀~没有什么不知修饰谁的问题啊~困惑中困惑中

with不是这么用的。
with确实有“有”的意思，但是并不是所有的东西“有”都能用with。with是介词，介宾只能做表、补、状语（暂时就想到这些），表语是主补的特殊形式，简单来说with做补语事修饰名词的（主、宾），做状语是修饰谓语的。这里，明显是做状语，因为with前面是有逗号的。with修饰谓语。当with引导独立主格时，可以表示并行的关系（即翻译为随着。。。），如果不是引导独立主格，则其逻辑主语为主句主语即“result”
