我特别迷惑D选项，我看CD上关于with的总结，有主语+谓语+宾语，with短语。with短语修饰宾语，with表示“有”的意思
按这个思路，with a 5....就是修饰profits的呀~没有什么不知修饰谁的问题啊~困惑中困惑中

个人认为，
除了with做独立主格，用作伴随状语这种情况，其他形式with短语都可以跳跃修饰的。
