大家都说A有严重的语法错误我怎么看不出来呢
大家都说没有因果关系，我一开始就是觉得应该有因果关系所以选了A排除了D
现在看看是不是如果原句这样说：New equipment and other improvements reduced the amount of time needed by workers so that they could produce a ton of steel （an hour）加上这样一个时间性的词就对了呢？
还有A严重的语法错误在哪啊？？
求教

做主语指的是new equipment and other improvements

我当时做的时候就想着用因果关系好，选了A觉得A的意思最好...

they指代workers，没有问题，问题在于逻辑：减少的时间是为了生产多一顿煤

感觉上A没有明显的语法错误, 但是这里首选是表示目的的不定式, 如果换成一个从句可以理解为awkward

they指代是木有问题的， A的被动语态太复杂了， needed by 这个结构AWKWARD
