比较不明白A，C选项的解释
A中解释中系表结构可以与动词结构平行，这个知识点我没有问题，但是C中的解释是说介词短语In Madagascar 离修饰对象太远，但是C中得related的用法相对于A的用法a relative不是更优化么？？介词短语放在句首貌似不会改变句意？？

related 比 a relative优是属于concise的范畴，是解决语法问题最后比较的内容，地位最低。建议你去看看manhattan的语法
