正确答案是 B ，我想知道A 是没有B好，还是根本不对。A如果不对，是不是one用的不对

恩ONE 用的不对。A其实就是The Social Security Retirement Programm is made up of two trust funds, the larger fund could go penniless by next year. 这是逗号连接俩句子啊！中间还没连词，故错误
而B，逗号前主句，逗号后是从句。
