请问A B 的they是否都有指代不当的问题？
答案是B
但是我觉得they在两个选项中都存在指代不当的问题

A 和B 的结构是不一样的，they initially believed是个主动结构；they were initially believed to be是个被动结构

A选项里drugs不能主动发出believe这个动作
