语法注释说：(D) with的逻辑主语是Dutch economy，错误。
哪位高手能解释下，with的逻辑主语是Dutch economy为什么错呢？那它的逻辑主语应该是什么呢？

我是这样理解的。with应该是Dutch economy的主语，但是在D选项中，with的主语会就近选择Germany，不知道对不对

不对不对，刚刚看了一些帖子，懂了。
因为不是Dutch economy的低失业率，而是Dutch的低失业率，所以主语应该是Dutch。要是中文出题的话我们应该不会错的~加油！

谢谢！貌似有点懂了，但是感觉还是有点怪。是不是中英文理解上的差异？我觉得”一个经济体with低失业率“和”一个国家with低失业率“都说得通的呀……
