后面说A,B选项不对是因为不平行，B后面要加setting，这里没看懂，各路牛人们帮帮忙哈

been与前面没有平行对象，后面加行have been setting这样就有set与前面的set平行。
用have been setting是现在完成进行时，即现在仍然这么设置分红。用现在完成时和一般现在时或许更好，但是have been setting也问题不大。
