Finally got my first offer!! Thanks so much to CHASEDREAM!! Wish everyone can get his/her dream offers.

My background:
G 710 T 99
W/E 2.5 yrs in consumer product industry as a entry level management personnel
GPA 3.82

I applied for three schools this year and all were submitted in the 2nd round.

1. UC IRVINE 12/3 (interviewed but got rejected. They said my working experience is too short but I think the problem is that I didn't do well during my interview. Christine only spent 20mins on my interview.)

2. U of rochester 1/3 ( still waiting for the interview invitation but I guess it's a silent rejection.)

3. UIUC (I submitted my application on 1/22, got interview invitation around 2/10, interviewed on 2/21 and last night I received the offer with scholarship of 12,500 per year.

My interview questions:
( interviewer: Ben)
Ben is really a nice person!! It's very lucky to interviewed with him.

1. tell me about your working experience
2. WHY MBA
3. can you give an example about how do you motivate your salespeople?
4. What's your career goal? What's your target position after graduation
5. Why UIUC
6. how to adapt in a team-based environment
7. Since you were an exchange student to USA, what's the difference between your home country's learning environment and USA's?
8. How do you make such a big progress on your GMAT within a short period of time? ( 1st 570, 2nd 710)
9. Case analysis: a mid-sized cellphone company is going to launch its smart phone, what should the company do?
10. Questions ( I asked about 5 questions)

PS. I filed an optional essay two days after my interview and I think that essay did help.
