答案是D 恩敢问。。ing不是表示目的和结果的吗这里是。。。。。那 A 呢我感觉 A也挺对呀恩 D 里面的only也被省略了。。。这样不对吧。。。。。。谢谢大家啦

额在GT中which不能指代前一句话
正确的方法是用-ing概括前面的话，起的是总结和延伸的作用。
所以A肯定是错的

which一般就是指代它前面的一个词，偶尔少数情况可以跳跃一个修饰成分指代修饰成分所修饰的对象

我觉得考点在:
1. 就近修饰，which会产生修饰california的歧义。
2。动词ing在句尾可以表示状态，说明了一种状态。
我不能理解的是down这句话，我选了e

which一般只能修饰它前面的词，A has modifier problem. Here which modifies"California" instead of non-Hispanic Whites, thus A is wrong.
And there are exceptions for the modify rules.
A : of -phrase --He had a way OF DODGING OPPONENTS that impressed the scouts.(that依旧修饰way)
B:修饰语过长长长长长的时候，可以后置，不用紧跟名词之后
C：中间有个小的短语补充但对原文几乎没有影响 OG上有道题就是这样的，不过具体哪题不好意思忘了.像 such as ##.for example##。。之类的..

In E, 'ago by nearly three-quarters' tends to imply a decrease of 75%.
Instead the original meaning is that their population was 75% a decade ago.
