OG上对CD选项的解释是Although usually introduces a subordinate clause, but there is no subject of the clause and having been sighted is not a complete verb phrase.
1.Although引导的是下一级从句是什么意思，什么叫做次级从句？
2.什么叫做sighted is not a complete verb phrase啊？如果sighted at不对的话那也是搭配问题，不明白为什么说是not a complete verb phrase
3.although引导的句子一定要有自己的主语吗？but就不需要了？这是什么原因啊？

subordinate是从句的意思。。OG的意思是说although引导的从句需要自己的主语，有完整的主谓结构，而but是表并列的，可以共用主语sunsports,但是我记得如果but在逗号之后的话有主语的话更好。
