GMAT中，不是说要avoid using "be to" structure嘛~
为何C还是正确的呢？

虚拟语气里面的were to一直都可以用，来表示对将来的虚拟。

其他地方确实没想到GMAT里用过be to来表示将来时。

据XDF说是不可以的，因为be to表示主观将来，虽然我一直没想明白“主观”在哪里，所以我还是觉得be to应该是能用的，只是没出现…

ACCORDING TO XDF，BOTH THE EXPRESSION OF "be to do" AND "going to do" SHOULD NOT BE USED.

BUT IN THIS PARTICULAR QUESTION CONCERNED, CHOICES OTHER THAN C ARE WORSE THAN C. SO I GUESS WHY C SHOULD BE CHOSEN, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT A PERFECT ANSWER.

同意1楼， XDF意思是be to do 表主观将来的时候，不可用，原因GMAT属于商业英语，推客观表达法。
be to do 表主观将来的时候与 be going to 的意思类似，将要或者计划，意愿做某事。
这里是虚拟语气，完全不同的用法。
