别的选项都错的比较明显。。
至于A，我试着解释下
首先，从逻辑上，后边的内容都是解释reactions的。
其次，人的指代用who，这里不会产生歧义，如果that指代了individual可能还更awkward。
此外，个人认为可以把emotional reactions in people就当成一个整体表示核心词reactions，而且记得笔记里有说过that是可以跳过介宾短语修饰核心词。
