關於申請資料寄送狀態之問題

想請問板上各位
我上星期五寄發我的成績單&推薦信給學校
結果今天上United States Postal Service
他的狀態是Status: Notice Left
接著下面寫到
We attempted to deliver your item at 9:12 am on December 15, 2010 in
XXXXX, XX XXXX and a notice was left. You may pick up the item at the
Post Office indicated on the notice, go to www.usps.com/redelivery, or call
800-ASK-USPS to arrange for redelivery. If this item is unclaimed after five
days then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is
updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.
那接下來我該怎麼辦
通知申請學校有Notice Left請對方去郵局領取嗎
還是EMS會再投遞一次給學校啊
我好怕這封信會被退回來了
這樣一來一往不知又要浪費多少時間
有人有遇過一樣情況嗎?
