别的G友的一个问题，我也不明白，有关宾语从句并列省略that的问题。

我在BY书里看到1道题：
Despite protests from some waste-disposal companies, state health officials have ordered that the levels of bacteria in seawater at popular beaches be measured and the results pulished.
以上划线部分已经是正确的了。
他的解释是，and之后省略了that, published 前省略了be。

很疑惑，在并列的宾语从句结构中，到底可以不可以省略第二个宾语从句的that?

P.S. 我在BY的另外一个章节中看到他说，宾语从句并列，连词that不能省略...

为什么我不可以理解成the levels和the results一起并列作that后面的成分？为什么一定是that and that？？不可以是that（STh and STh ）么?
在我看来毕竟都是order所要表达的内容啊。。。不知楼主怎么想的？？？open to discuss

是不是如果that the results be published也是可以的？感觉上要么that....be...一起用上要么一起不用的样子。。。。。。

我觉得是的。但我也不敢确定。我觉得如果加了that就是两个that的并列，那么be喝前面就没什么联系，应该就要补出了吧。但是不是很确定。

如果省略了that后面则变成了完整的主谓结构了，这时and前应有逗号，否则不就变成了run－on了吗？？
