我帮你分析一下吧，句子意思是一种前后对比，前面说：成为艺术家要花大笔钱，后面说：即使花钱也难以保证能成为艺术家。所以，基于这个逻辑，CDE是符合的，even if不比较对比，而是一种递进的条件。CDE中，其实CE都犯了个错误，就是there be + 抽象名词，这个是GMAT不喜欢看到的。就算可以接受，CE也不正确。C中的that作为定语从句修饰certainty不合适，E中as to也不合适，而且意思也不恰当。

这题我基本同意楼上，但我觉得even if 和even though应该没有区别。A错是因为主谓不一致，produce应该是produces，B错是因为没有合理的理由改变了原句的时态，使用了一般将来时。其他楼上分析得很对。
