为什么第一要用aimed?不是和后面不对称了吗？而且我觉得C的话，aiming形容policy不是也可以吗？而且对称

先回答你的质疑吧，政策自己本身不能aim，只能是政策制定者aim，所以C不对。而且，C并没有对称，aim at直接接的是名词，而后面and后面是现在分词，更错。同理，B也不对，D错在定语从句不能这样用，E错在aim to。

A项的its指代不合理，错。B项，现在分词在句首，修饰句子主语，不合理，错！同理，C错。D，a hundred years不能用a period作为同位语修饰，前者是数量名词。E正确。

第一题的对称应该是decreasing 和 improving 对称

第二题的D我觉得是前面的During 和后面的Period重复。
B和C我怎么觉得是Begin 不能和一段时间连用，后面a hundred years 应该加上ago.
