这两个选项不是一样的嘛？

前者同位语，后者定语从句

land怎么能是ownership呢？故而b错

ls误看了，that修饰的是ownership。to what这里不能连接句子，a看上去是想用伴随的，但是用错了。

b对 （如果要在ab中选一个）

白勇的答案是A，原因是如k2o33所说定语从句不能修饰land，但逻辑上来看B选项中的定语从句不可能修饰land，一定是强制修饰ownership的，所以白勇的解释说不通。我也认为是B（我问过一个native speaker，他说A感觉不对，但问题也不严重）。

是A, 这个例子，我在太傻上问过。

英语大牛 Agsrbf （背景就不说了），land 后面常常跟着that，而that是用来修饰land的。这是习惯的表达。。。。所以B不对。

A对的，是appositive结构省略。

这道题目我也做了几遍错了几遍，主要还是不理解，请大牛指教。

根据白勇的解释：to what。。。是同位结构的省略，相当于a return to what， 这种结构仅限于n.+介词的情况，当名次与前面解释说明的名词或名词短语的核心词相同时，可以省略名词，只留下介词短语构成同位结构。
