我看他家对于成绩单的要求：
Academic Transcripts

Two official transcripts from each college or university you have attended as a registered student are required as part of your application.

lease use the Academic Transcript Request Form (available for download within Krannert's online application, make copies as needed) to request two official, attested transcripts from each of the colleges and universities you have attended.

是要两份成绩单？一定要附上那个Academic Transcript Request Form 吗？
还必须邮寄过去。。。。那位同学知道呀多谢！

lz这段话哪里看的啊，我就看到要求填request那张表，然后把成绩单一起寄过去……

另外问下 Purdue对G/T成绩单到底是什么要求啊，又没有说可以上传unofficial。那是不是一定要ETS送分啊？？？

顶一下，这个request表上registrar是在学校随便找个领导签名就可以了吗

Thank you for your email. Yes, we require 2 sets of your transcripts and diploma. We need original language and official English translations for your transcripts and also for your diploma. The transcript request form is to be completed by your university when they issue your transcripts and diploma. We must receive these documents in a signed/sealed envelope from the issuing university.

看来中英文成绩单2份，学位证书+毕业证书 2份

应该不用交表吗？那张表的应该是让你向自己学校申请成绩单吧？
