这道题正确选项是C

我错误选了D，我不太明白D 为啥错？ whereas 出现，前后比较，倾向于平行结构

D选项的in Germany 提前到the energy 后

whereas just over 33 percent of the energy in Germany comes from nuclear power
或
whereas in Germany just over 33 percent of the energy comes from nuclear power

打算5月考试, 就当给我自己攒点人品.

楼主的问题在不熟悉modifier placement.

选项D, in Germany可以是noun modifier, 修饰nuclear power. 如果是这种情况, 选项D就理解成33%energy来自在德国的nuclear power,显然与句子原意不符. 句子原意想要比较France和Germany的情况.

个人见解,可以这么改
whereas, in Germany, just over 33 percent of the energy comes from nuclear power
