A中的指代不存在问题的呢
反倒是E中存在很多错误

(E) A technique that was originally developed for
detecting air pollutants and has the ability to
analyze the chemical elements in almost any
substance quickly and without destroying the

首先红色的两个词一个是过去时，一个是一般现在时，不同时态这里不能并列
黄色部分，本来属于从属部分，现在变成了并列关系
绿色的部分，同位语解释说明a technique距离被解释对象太远，无法起到同位语作用，相反会就近解释substance而导致歧义

A不存在指代问题。
without destroying it整个修饰substance，所以it指代的是substance
