D中的which指代不清的，指代equipment and land还是declining values?
the collateral就是指代farm equipment and land，农民在收获的季节用来抵押使用的，可以是农用设备和农田吧。which就是农民借的东西，具体什么不知道，farm equipment and land是用来抵押这些借来的东西的。

我觉得应该是这样，gmat中的代词which /that遵循严格的就近指代，在本题中则指代land，则丢掉了前面的equipment

that和which都是可以跳跃指代的。这里感觉land and equipment是一个整体，但是说which仅仅指代land，好像也没有问题。
所以说which是指代不清的。

调整语序，farmers use which as collateral to borrow to against? get through...
against找谁去呢，可见根本不对

D选项，borrow 及物动词，缺少对象，所以错。

但做题的时候，觉得选E的话，就是一个同位语了，collateral 和 value 是不同的东西，所以逻辑错了。
