其实what在这里既没有语法上的错误，也没有简洁性的问题（不能看出用something到底比what简洁在哪里。我看到有人说what的结构有表达a sense of exclusivity / uniqueness，但我觉得这个观点其实站不住脚）。 那我们注意到AC选项的另一处不同的地方。A在最后用的是better control of the other infections。要用the other那么就意味着前面已经谈到一个infection。前文并没有提及到infection的问题，那么这里用the other明显就不符合逻辑了。恰好C选项纠正了这个错误。
