Wharton没有Master课程？申请mba需要怎样工作经验？

我在校绩点不好，打算毕业以后先工作2,3年，再留学。Wharton是我最高目标，上官网看好像只有MBA、EMBA，对于MBA 3年工作经验（假如做出成绩）有希望录取么？求高人指点一二。定下目标，我就会义无反顾走下去，我相信自己能成功。

Hello there! While Wharton does have an amazing MBA program, there are no Master Classes there. That is something that only Columbia has, and that is why it is so impressive for Columbia! To apply for Wharton, you need two years of experience--but occasionally they take people will less, and often they take people with more. The key is to have some great leadership experience--if you can combine some good leadership exposure with the international exposure that youre describing below, you should be in great shape. You could even apply now, if you have a 730+ on the GMAT, and a few solid years of experience to write about.

You certainly don't "need" two years of working experience to apply to Wharton- I know Jon did write that "occasionally they will take people with less", but I just wanted to make this absolutely clear.

I understand .It depends on whether you have "great leadership experience "or not.Extremly clear.To be honest,conmunicating in English like we are now is not easy for me. So I have to study hard to chase my dream. Anyway，thank your help !
