争议是在B还是E上。这两个选项我倒不迷惑。我不明白D为什么错。

答案给的是B，E错在忽略一个GMAT原则：无生命物体不能用'S所有格。B的争议是which是否能跳跃修饰，GMAT原则上是尽量不要，这里which虽跳跃修饰share (a of b, 修饰 a)，但不影响理解，且's所有格错误优先级更高些。

我的问题是，D 和 B 的区别仅仅是 D用 increase in, B 用 increase，为什么 d就错。是根据简洁原则吗？

觉得应该是E.

increase 做及物动词直接加名词,如 His employer has increased his wages.

做名词时候带 in, 如 an increase in wages 工资的增加

你说的--无生命物体不能用'S所有格。好象没有这么绝对吧? 如 moon's surface

我还是比较认同B的，GMAC似乎是认为 in the country是没有歧义的。

D的错误我认为是from ...  to..应当尽量靠近increase, increase in感觉不舒服

their 指代错误，应该用its; their share of the country’s $21，双重所有格结构在gmat中一定错。

B.      from 6 percent to 10 percent its share of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges

正确

C.      to 10 percent from 6 percent in their share of the $21 billion book market in the country, a market ranging

their指代错误

D.     in its share, from 6 percent to 10 percent, of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges

of 应该紧跟share

E.      to 10 percent from 6 percent its share of the country’s $21 billion book market, which ranges

双重所有格结构，错误。

另外无生命’s 是effectiveness错误，不好，但不一定错。双重所有格虽然是effiectiveness错误，但在gmat中被认为是correctiveness错误，一定错（注：此规律得自新东方，双重所有格只是在gmat中被认为是错误，因为不符合纯正商务英语的习惯，而本身并无错误）

Which的用法是前面必须是逗号或者介词，指代原则有两条：1.逻辑上合理
   2.就近
  要先满足1。GMAT认为原则1是correctiveness，原则2是effectiveness。所以选项在满足1后，若不满足2不一定错。

就选项b来说, 逻辑上来说是which指代market。

The key should be E, for D, Which is incorrectly used here, which refers to country, but it should refer to market instead!

B还是E 是不是还没个定论呢?
