请问之所以不选E是否是因为E涉及到双重所有格？

这叫双重所有格么？
如果不叫，什么样的是？

A of B"s的结构是指代不请的；
到底是country的share呢？还是country"s $21 billion book market的share？很含糊；
应该是这个解释哈。。。

好像新的prep就是选这个选项吧。这个所有格的用法是正确的。并不是所有双重所有格都是错的，大全及GWD本身的例句就有很多。你可以看看薄冰的解释吧。

我记得新prep选E。
its share of the country's 21b market 的确不好，有歧义，但相比那个which。。要好很多吧。
