A意思是，布鲁斯音乐的一段昌盛时期，说明布鲁斯音乐有几个昌盛的时期，而这一段时期只是其中一个。

C的表达方式错误。

in the 1920's意思是二十世纪二十年代，而in the 1920的表达错误，只能有in 1920,表示在1920年

结构：

A. coinciding with...was one of periods...

C. coinciding with...was of the periods...

这道题实际上是分词短语位于句首的倒装形式，既然倒装那么说明句子的主语在was的后面，看一下A和C的区别，C之所以不对就是因为of the periods介词结构是不能做主语的，换句话说C是一个无主句，而A中one of periods是可以做主语的。
