Hey there! It would be my pleasure to answer this question, since we see it many times each year. The answer is that YES, if you get a bonus from your boss due to the great work that you do, you SHOULD talk about it. That absolutely does count as a result, and you should talk about it proudly. Now that being said, you should also always try to talk about the ways in which your work impacted the company. But if you cant point to the money that youve saved or created, then you can absolutely talk about your boss' bonuses to you instead. Especially if you can explain that your peers didnt get those awards. That is, if you are the only analyst in your program to get these bonuses, that is very impressive.
