054. The report recommended that the hospital should eliminate unneeded beds,expensive services should be consolidated,and use space in other hospitals

答案A：The report recommended that the hospital eliminate unneeded beds,consolidate expensive services,and use space in other hospitals.
为什么recommended 后面的从句不用过去时态呢，难道是因为这个建议是普遍原则，所以就用一般现在时了。
请大牛们指导一下名词性从句的时态问题，什么时候从句要符合主句的时态。
另，如果主句是现在完成式，从句用什么时态呢？

第二个疑问：The report recommended that the hospital should eliminate unneeded beds,consolidate expensive services,and use space in other hospitals.
OG说should不应该加，因为recommended已经表示建议了，这个原则是否通用？

第三个疑问：如果我把这句话变成三个并列句，应该怎么连接，可以A，B and C么？不讨论累赘问题，只问三个并列句的连接。
The report recommended that the hospital eliminate unneeded beds, expensive services was consolidated ,and space in other hospitals was used.

以下动词使用动词原形
建议类：advocate,advise, move, recommend
sb. suggest,propose
命令类：order,decree,mandate,command,demand
要求类：request,require,insisit,

单句不能连接啊~要有连接词~~~呵呵~~~动词可以连接~~~A，B，andC这个是我想的~~~你最好再问问别人哈~~

印象中是没有见过A句，B句，and C句的，也觉得这样不妥。但是这种三个句子应该如何并列呢？

1 2 recommend 后面跟虚拟语气 should一定要省略

按照LZ的话那么就是 beds services space三个名词平行
错误在于 1：如果第一个结构式unneeded beds 也就是 adj+n的结构那么后面两个平行结构也应该是adj+n结构所以应该是 consolidated service 和 used space
2：看第三个部分移除不需要的床和昂贵的设备没有问题但是怎么能够移除已被用了的空间呢这个意思就错了正确答案中 eliminate 和最后的 use 是平行的

1. recommend后面跟虚拟语气是什么意思，虚拟语气更应该加should了呀，还是像楼上另一位说的，这些个表建议命令的词后面用原型，就表示虚拟的意思？

2. 我主要是想问三个并列句应该怎么连。

逗号分隔的是三个句子，不是并列词。当然这个一看就知道错了哈，但是想知道三个并列句，没有转折关系的，应该怎么连接。
