正确答案是B，大全解释只说了B为什么对。
但是我觉得AE也没什么错误啊？请问谁能帮忙指教一二？

大全解释：B is best.
用because表原因，用两个by doing表方式, 句子结构平行, 句意表达最清楚。
我知道C错在将主动句改成了被动句。
D错在了;之前的句子不完整
但是我觉得AE也都用了，because说的也挺对的呀！

E中用car owners properly inflating tires作主语（這種sb. doing的結構相對于B來說沒有那麼簡潔也就是我們長說的concision啦！）
A我感覺car owners who inflate their tires中的their指代有問題應該是car的tires哇~不曉得有沒有在钻牛角尖

认同E的解释……呃，但是我觉得A这错误有点牵强，毕竟car owners才是句子的主语，tires只不过是定语从句中的一部分。。。

个人理解：
A 最后by underinflation的主语应该是人而不是the increase吧
E 的逻辑意思是所有车子的5%的油耗都归因于轮胎气不足导致的磨损，但是原句应该没有这个意思吧。。。。
