what引导的从句，what本身在从句中充当一定的成分。刘继民说it 指the rate of increase，那么what指什么呢？该怎么理解"what it was"这个表达？

啊？？具体数据？？啥意思？？what是名词性从句的话不是应该做主语或者宾语的吗？？总不至于做was的宾语吧~~难道It是同位语？太纠结了啊~~~
