这里原句主要要表达的是owners of cooperative apartments have shares in a corporation that owns a building and leases apartments to them，而D选项把主要要表达的改成了An owner of a condominium apartment has free and clear title to the to dwelling，自然有改变句子重心的嫌疑，而且dwelling前没有冠词导致歧义，E也是吧主要要表达的改成了Condominium apartment owners have a title to their dwelling that is free and clear，同样有改变句子重心的嫌疑，而且owners of XX与后面的结构更呼应平行，这里改成了Condominium apartment owners不好，而且形容词+名词的形式远远好过名词+that+is+形容词的形式，综上，D和E都是不好的选项
