First, we can eliminate A and D since "in which" need 指示代词。我都想选B.可能因为like 用得不正确吧。另外，in that 可能好一点because

tissues 是来修饰tooth and bone,
( that are ) 被省略了，not normally found in the organ in which（是指organ) they appear . 这整个从句都是修饰tissues.

先去掉B.C，因为like不能用在书面用语里
去掉D，is的用法不对，怎么也应该是复数形式。
A感觉tooth 和bone后面缺点东西，显然后半句是修饰tissues的，这样的话修饰的是不是就不明确了呢，感觉有点乱，但我又说不出来具体是什么问题，用OG里常出现的解释awkward解释吧。求高人指教。

tissues not...............这一段话是独立主格，通常用在文献中。对原句的一种补充解释。

tissues是同位语，后面是独立主格；这么用时为了避免found修饰bone的误会；
in that用于限制，because用于解释原因，Teratomas are unusual在于他们咋地咋地

"that are" is omit ,so "not normally found in the organ in which the tumor "is used to describe "tissues"you can remember this kind of question in this way

1st:appositive in end is preference ,so if stump, you can choose this option

2nd:"because" is almost equal to" in that"

3rd:why appositive is better,because in option A,there are some awkward,i don't know "not normally found in the organ in which the tumor " which omit "that are " describe "tooth and bone "or"tissues ",appositive give you more unambiguous answer.

4th. appositive is one kind of nominal phrase does not require any verb.
