我试着说一下呵呵
A选项 which前后有逗号指代不清，错误
B选项 over 2,500 miles in length做同位语修饰前面的 the highway
C选项 the Incan highway不修饰哥伦比亚同位语必须紧跟修饰对象
D选项 being多余
E选项前面那部分没有谓语，如果非要认为built是谓语，就变成逗号连接2句话了，还是错误
应该是B

A huge flying reptile that died out with the dinosaurs some 65 million years ago, the Quetzalcoatlus had a wingspan of 36 feet, believed to be the largest flying creature the world has ever seen.
(A) believed to be
(B) and that is believed to be
(C) and it is believed to have been
(D) which was, it is believed,
(E) which is believed to be
感觉和这道题很像，答案是C。
前面那个部分是独立主格。

按照XDF的说法the world has ever seen肯定用现在完成时，所以C对
但是我觉得如果A改成believed to have been..也可以
