C逻辑意思不对，因为stays where it is inserted，才导致的 the result that the act of stinging causes
E你也可以用resulting in the fact that

是因为这里将stay和result并列改变了原文的逻辑意思吗？results in the act of stinging causing表述有问题吗？
为什么总觉得result和cause在一起好奇怪的呢？

D是将results和stays做了平行，使得主语同为stinger，而原句想表达的逻辑是stays where it is inserted导致的result，故用with the result来修饰前面整句话的。

我觉得D是因为，and连接的不是完整的句子，而且也没有必要用逗号来隔开。逻辑也是有问题的
