答案选B，可是我记得以前看到prep语法笔记上说，表示状态或感觉的词，或表示极短暂的动作，一般不用现在进行时，比如：declear，recognize，continue....所以我觉得用declearing做定语有问题，就选了D

首先：这里的ing不是现在进行时而是 declaring 是定语修饰主语 ing表示与句子主语主动关系而不是被动ed
然后：你选择D 把那里变成who也是对的但是但是jump by 20% to(到) at 不能加数字除了时间
