答案是B/D以及其他各种说法，到底是什么？貌似都不对啊！

貌似D比B要好点。
区别：
（1）B用WITH，D用BECAUSE FO，从句子意思上来将，前后连接，用原因引导前半句，再承接下面说为什么要surrender all of the gold 比较顺；
（2）B用MAKE IT A CRIME......THAT; D用MAKE IT A CRIME FOR SOMEBODY TO DO; 明显D这种比较合适些.
