同级和比较级同时出现的情况

答案C，这题很难，C是倒装了。我想问下A为什么错，虽然同级和比较级不能同时出现，但是这句的同极是说new technology to revitalize和the compact disc 一样remarkable，而比较极是sound 的音质现在和过去比，相比的是不同的东西，同级和比较级也不能同时出现？

A的话 was 和后面的has been 时态上有冲突
