问一个分号的用法

对答案没什么疑问。只是a brilliant 以及 and a red eye前各有一个分号。我明白它们是并列的宾语，但是分号难道不是必须跟一个完整句子吗？

自己回复一下，关于分号的这种用法。

A minor use of the semicolon is to separate items that themselves contain commas.
某个杂志推荐terminations in Asia值得at least visit once; some among those recommendations were Bali, xxx; Bangkok, xxx; Japan, xxx.
