that be,which be,who be等在不引起歧义的前提下常省略以表简洁

Be concerned with 固定搭配，朗文解释：

原句可还原为：
since it highlights an aspect of her literary interests (that is) very different from the traditional picture of the "poetic" novelist （who is） concerned with examining states of reverie and vision and with following the intricate pathways of individual.

手头没有杨鹏无从进一步考证不过我猜它是想突出此处介词平行的用法，with……and with，因为只有with是介词，concern不是，所以想表达的应该是with介词引导的平行结构的用法

Anyway,经过上述的还原句子意思与结构皆已明确并语法正确了
