请问B选项，proclaiming作为现在分词，它的逻辑主语不应当是主句主语吗？虽然games不能发出动作，但OG给的解释是指代不清楚。那不就是说OG认为games和states都有可能作为proclaiming的动作发出者？

C选项，我对OG上的解释看不太明白。第一，they指代有歧义。那什么时候指代是无歧义的，什么时候有歧义？盼望那位高手能帮忙详细的解说下。我现在是看到指代就头痛。最好能系统的讲解下。另外我对后半部分的解释，the phrase truth for the festival monthloses the sense that it's to take place for the duration of the month.看不懂。

festival's month就有问题，节日的月？远没有the month of the festival好
其次，发起truce的，不应该是game，而是那些参加game的国家/地区（truce是停战的意思）
for 没有 during好，是因为在整个月份都在停战，而不是为了这个月而停战。for 说起来很古怪。
最后答案是 D

proclaiming 的逻辑主语，从语法上讲，应该是games，从逻辑上讲，应该是states，所以混乱了
