这道题还算比较好排除，直接用平行就选了正确答案了。
但是有个小疑问啊！！

consider...as...和consider...to be...在GMAT里面是否算是正确的格式呢？
因为我看到OG解释说
When 'consider' means 'think of' or 'believe after careful deliberation', it does not require 'as' or any other expression before the object.

根据manhattan上写的，对的貌似只有consider n.n./consider n. a.
加as或as if是错误的，consider to be是被视为suspect的
