为什么不是D啊，不要说看到being就排除。我觉得逻辑本身是石油正在被耗尽啊，不是已经耗尽了啊。所以应该用进行时啊

我觉得它说“石油是有限的”这是一个真理，存在的事实，就要用一般现在时吧。。。
不知能这样理解不哦

E选项是that引导的主语从句
如：1) What you said yesterday is right.
2) That she is still alive is a consolation

而D选项是名词性的构成，那也会表达成 the finiteness of oil supply
