这是正确的句子，有一个错误选项为 the economy of Britain, France, or Germany, with the umemployment rate that has remained
答案解释这个错的原因在于with 的逻辑主语为Dutch economy所以错误。这里没太懂想请教各位，这里Dutch economy 为 with的逻辑主语为什么错，Dutch 的经济很好所以他的失业率很低逻辑上很正确啊感觉（这一选项economy也是一处错误）

这里是句子重心的问题。

正确的句子是用comma and 连接的两句句子，也就是说 comma and 之前的句子的意思和comma and 之后句子表达的意思是同等重要的。

在错误选项中 comma and 被comma with 来代替了后半部分从和comma and 之前一样等级的句子，降为comma with 引导的ADV modifier , 句子明显就有了主次之分。 ADVmodifier 都是比起主句是用来修饰主句的动词的，表示一个伴随或者是一个状态，这就是所谓的句子的重心发生了转移。
