这题OG上给出的正确答案是A。
但我认为A中的but要求平行结构，而A中but前后的时态并不平行，因此不正确。
另外，OG说C中although从句缺少主语，因此错了。但我认为这是从句中当从句与主句主语相同时，省略了主语+ be，因此我当时选了C。
想请教一下大家，我的分析过程有什么错误么？正确答案是A要怎么解释？

A其实是平行的，do A but be done。。。而but并不一定要求前后时态必须平行，这里是说从来没被看到过，所以要用完成时
至于C么我觉得大概还是effectiveness的问题吧，althogh后面跟完整句子显得比较正式，而且C中的介词用的不好，要说on the pole~~~
